Site for construction of a new 30 unit hotel on the bluff above Morro Bay's Embarcadero, 18,600 sq ft of construction, plus parking for 33 vehicles. Project is on the site of the former Harbor View Hotel in Morro Bay, on six lots bounded by Harbor Street, Market Avenue, Front Street, and Pelican alley. The site features commanding views of Morro Rock and the Pacific Ocean, as well as the picturesque harbor at Morro Bay. Existing rentals produce approximately $4000 in monthly income (structures to be demolished at time of development). Project is not yet approved, but ready for CEQA/MND review.
